Nick began practicing law in 1993. He is a founding partner of Shimoda Stewart, LLP. ( now the 4:8 Legacy Group) In 2022, Nick took a position in the legal department of the The Signatry, a national non-profit gifting foundation. Nick now serves in a "of counsel' role with 4:8 Legacy Group. His practice areas are estate planning, elder law, tax and charitable giving.
